If you want to get your order in right away then our online order form is the best way to go. Place your order on our secure form and it will be processed within 24 hrs and your order will be on its way to you. Be sure to follow all the instructions as there are some limitations to the online forms.
Ordering By Form (Snail Mail, E-Mail, and Fax)
Step 1 - Download the form
The first step is to download our easy to fill our form. Fill out the form and then send it to us so we can fill your order and get you the products you need shipped within 24 hours.
Step 2 - Consider your Payment
Visa, MC, and Amex are accepted and are the preferred method of payment Clients can also pay by money order, certified cheque, and personal cheque. Cheques must clear before the order is shipped. Customers will be billed
the actual shipping cost. Those customers paying with
methods other than credit cards are to call or email for shipping charge. Shipping is done through both Canada Post and Purolator, we send with what ever company is the most affordable. If you want it to be expressed to you than Purolator will be used.
Step 3 - Send your Order in
For the most part orders will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being received. As said before people using cheques may have a slight delay while their cheque clears.
For those who will be emailing your order we suggest you call in your Credit Card information as phone lines are secure and email is not. For order with 454g size the order will ship in 72 hours. These time estimates are for Canadian orders, for International orders it may be longer.
